Taus Authentic is the Chicago restaurant of Michelin Star chef Michael Taus. He was formally trained in Europe, Tuas blends his culinary expertise with the hard-working sensibilities of his Chicago hometown. I had the pleasure of working on this project alongside my husband , Sig Froelich who designed the interior space. We collaborated with Michael to create a visual identity for this restaurant that reflected his beautiful and unique approach to dining.
