Illinois is Full of Winners is the Illinois Lottery’s enthusiastic new campaign. We pulled out all our crayons to bring it to life, leaning in on two things - the joy of winning and the equity of the lottery rainbow. The new lottery rainbow rays are a fresh, fun, flexible and waaaaay distinctive visual asset with a winning attitude that’s hard to miss and easily creates a unifying look and feel for the brand.
